  Absolutely amazing place to stay, with great staff and superb accommodation. I arrived from my flight at about 5am, 9 hours before check in. This wasnt a problem, was shown straight to the guest lounge and was able to get some sleep and a shower and wait in comfort. My room was on the ground floor overlooking one of the swimming pools - it was l... was die leute sagen » arge, clean and well decorated. The bed was huge and comfy and couldn't have wanted more. The pool was gorgeous, the breakfast was superb, and the ho - We really liked the layout of Palm Royale and so many swimming pools from which to choose.There are plenty of options for ordering meals but they are brought in as I dont think there was a restaurant available to guests. Buffet breakfast is available on site. Red rooster is nearby and a shopping centre within close walking distance.Security staff constantly patrol the site. The room was very good value for money and we would stay again.

  Das Hostel/Hotel liegt direkt an der Esplanade, so dass die City und die Lagune fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar sind. Wir konnten unser gebuchtes Zimmer (Zimmer mit eigenem Bad) direkt bei der Ankunft im Hotel um ca. 13:15 Uhr beziehen. In den großen Hotels in Cairns ist dies erst ab 14 Uhr möglich. Das Zimmer bestand eigentlich aus zwei Zimmer... was die leute sagen » n + einem Badezimmer. Ein riesiger Kühlschrank war vorhanden. Das Badezimmer war süß und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt einen Swimmingpool, es sind - Wir (Mitte 40) hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Bad gebucht. Das einfach eingerichtete Zimmer war nicht riesig, aber für unseren Zweck (Ausflüge, Bett für die Nacht) völlig ausreichend. Zimmer und Bad sauber. Küche zur Selbstversorgung gut ausgestattet und sauber. Swimmingpool. Laundry gegen Gebühr. Gepäckaufbewahrung gratis. WLan gratis (bis 06:00 p.m.) im öffentlichen Bereich. Gratis-Voucher für Dinner.   We loved the quality for cost. This hotel/motel was very clean and well laid out (as good as a new building) with swimming pool, breakfast area with the option for a cooked meal - continental provided, spacious outdoor lounge and BBQ area. Three car hire firms a five minute walk away. We have already recommended this hote - Queen's Court had atmosphere. The areas for relaxing are plentiful, aesthetically pleasing and well designed. From the clean rooms equipped with TV, fridges, hair dryer, AC to the included breakfast, this hotel is very budget friendly. Although on a main thoroughfare our room was toward the back of the hotel and noise was not a problem. Exceptionally friendly staff concluded an excellent stay!

  My room is 306, the room is clean, tidy and pretty quiet too. I like it very much! The reception ladies are friendly and helpful. But only one person to serve in the evening time seems under pressure.   Great location away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist strip of Cairns, but within walking distance to the esplanade, shops and restaurants. Friendly, helpful staff who recommended some nice tours. Clean premises and well planned layout with plenty of toilets, showers, kitchens and common areas to relax. Considering Cairns's standards, this hostel raises up quite a bit! Friendly but still quiet, and just a 10 minutes stroll to downtown. Great! - I stayed here for one week, the staff are really helpful and friendly, when I arrival cairns, they pick me up from bus station immediately. the kitchen is amazing, you can get any stuff you want. the room is very clean and tidy, the bed and pillow is very soft. I stay here like staying at home. it's the best backpacker I have been to.

  Great location. Friendly staff. - I was upgraded and had a room to myself, it was a clean place, I only spent one night, it was quiet and the staff were helpful. I would stay there again. Located across from the lagoon and close to all amenities, easy to get to from the bus and shuttle to the airport was easy to arrange and cost $10. Good place!

There was something fun going on every night such as drinking games, reptile shows, cheap bbqs etc. The people and music is quite loud (which is fun, people are happy), but it gets quiet after midnight. If I come back to cairns, I will stay here again! - just really good service and everyone there was really helpful. plus the place just has a great atmosphere and I dont usually like backpacker hostels so that is saying something.
