  Very good location, beautiful view facing the inlet wharf. Quiet but very close to woolworth, restaurants and gift shops. The room was thougtfully set up with full kitchen equipments as well as basic condiments and utensiles. Free wifi. The room and towels were very clean. They are always helpful and responsive to any que - We stayed at the Jack & Newell for three nights in a 3 bed apartment in Nov 2013. The apartment was huge, modern décor, well cleaned and maintained. As well as the pool facilities. The property is located just a few streets over from the CBD, the pier, the marina and the casino! David the manager was a great guy and went out of his way to provide advise on tours etc to make our trip successful. Would certainly recommend this property to anyone considering staying in Cairns.

Opposite to myer and central station. Around 10 minutes walk to ferry place. The apartment is clean and well organized. The staff is polite and helpful especially Alan very nice guy.   I loved my stay at the northern greenhouse. I was warmly greeted in reception when i arrived. I stayed in a clean, spacious 6 bed dorm with a kitchenette, fridge and ensuite. The outdoor seating area was friendly and relaxed without a party atmosphere which is exactly what I was looking for. There was great mix of people, had I known what a positive experience it would be I would still be there now! - Lockers in the rooms with sockets and a shelf to charge devices. Breakfast and WIFI included in the price. Great location, clean, nice relaxed hostel, lots of couches in the communal area, spacious dorm rooms. Very helpful staff. Best hostel I've been in so far!

  The full kitchen and laundry facilities, close to everything. Modern facilities, nice pool (a lot of hotels in Cairns are very dated from the 1980s tourist boom I think). There was a mix-up when we were checking in and we were quoted a much higher price than we booked, but for a Harbourview room. Also, they provide all eco-products for laundry, dish-washing etc., not just the standar - Great location. Right beside the marina and very close to the city. Lots of choices of nice restaurants just downstairs. Staff are extremely helpful. Helped us with all the bookings of shuttle bus and site visits. The studio hotel apartment was great value of money. The ocean view from the balcony was fantastic. Can't wait to come back to Harbour Lights for our next Cairns holiday!

We stayed there twice in two weeks and also had to store luggage while we went on a trip. On both occasions the guy at the front desk couldn't have been more helpful. In fact he went out of his way to help us out and was efficient and friendly too. It is people like him who make all the difference.

  We stayed in Coral Tower from the 27th of November till the 2nd of December, 2013. On the arrival we were met by a friendly receptionist. She offered us a better view apartment for the reasonable amount and explained the highlights of the city. she also booked for us a trip to the Great berrier rief (good value for money). Th - Fabulous location! We enjoyed a 20 min walk to Muddy's playground. A wonderful playground for kids and nice cafe stop for Mum and Dad! It was a very pleasant 30 min stroll into the centre of Cairns. we had a warm welcome from Sandy and an unexpected upgrade. You won't regret booking to stay here. The apartment was clean, well equipped, very relaxing with a stunning view of the Esplanade. It is a wonderful choice if traveling with young children.
