  The location was excellent, the room (1 b/room appartment) was very clean and had every thing you would need away from home. Staff were friendly & helpful especially when there was a mix up with my booking, my room had been prepared. Good value for your money. Even the guests staying at Cascade were friendly.   I cant speak highly enough of this place. The owner Jeff is extremely friendly and helpful, just a genuinely nice guy. He booked all of our tours for us, gave us great advice and helped us with anything we needed. The day we went to the great barrier reef he even gave us a cooler bag with 4 bottles of water and beach towels. The apartment itself (... was die leute sagen » 2 bedrooms) was beautiful. It was really big and very comfortable. It was spotless and looked brand new. The pool was lovely too and we had a BBQ here - The accommodation was clean and comfortable and having the use of the washing machine was very useful for us. The owner Jeff was very helpful and especially so when we had a problem with one of the excursions we had booked. He sorted it out for us so we were able to enjoy our trip as planned. The apartments are located towards the quieter end of the Esplanade about a 15 to 20 minute walk from the main area, however there are one or two eateries locally plus a convenience store.   Absolutely amazing place to stay, with great staff and superb accommodation. I arrived from my flight at about 5am, 9 hours before check in. This wasnt a problem, was shown straight to the guest lounge and was able to get some sleep and a shower and wait in comfort. The pool was gorgeous, the breakfast was superb, and the ho - We really liked the layout of Palm Royale and so many swimming pools from which to choose.There are plenty of options for ordering meals but they are brought in as I dont think there was a restaurant available to guests. Buffet breakfast is available on site. Red rooster is nearby and a shopping centre within close walking distance.Security staff constantly patrol the site. The room was very good value for money and we would stay again.

They are always helpful and responsive to any que - We stayed at the Jack & Newell for three nights in a 3 bed apartment in Nov 2013. The apartment was huge, modern décor, well cleaned and maintained. As well as the pool facilities. The property is located just a few streets over from the CBD, the pier, the marina and the casino! David the manager was a great guy and went out of his way to provide advise on tours etc to make our trip successful. Would certainly recommend this property to anyone considering staying in Cairns.

  Das Hostel/Hotel liegt direkt an der Esplanade, so dass die City und die Lagune fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar sind. Wir konnten unser gebuchtes Zimmer (Zimmer mit eigenem Bad) direkt bei der Ankunft im Hotel um ca. 13:15 Uhr beziehen. In den großen Hotels in Cairns ist dies erst ab 14 Uhr möglich. Das Zimmer bestand eigentlich aus zwei Zimmer... was die leute sagen » n + einem Badezimmer. Ein riesiger Kühlschrank war vorhanden. Das Badezimmer war süß und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt einen Swimmingpool, es sind - Wir (Mitte 40) hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Bad gebucht. Das einfach eingerichtete Zimmer war nicht riesig, aber für unseren Zweck (Ausflüge, Bett für die Nacht) völlig ausreichend. Zimmer und Bad sauber. Küche zur Selbstversorgung gut ausgestattet und sauber. Swimmingpool. Laundry gegen Gebühr. Gepäckaufbewahrung gratis. WLan gratis (bis 06:00 p.m.) im öffentlichen Bereich. Gratis-Voucher für Dinner. Three car hire firms a five minute walk away. We have already recommended this hote - Queen's Court had atmosphere. The areas for relaxing are plentiful, aesthetically pleasing and well designed. From the clean rooms equipped with TV, fridges, hair dryer, AC to the included breakfast, this hotel is very budget friendly. Although on a main thoroughfare our room was toward the back of the hotel and noise was not a problem. Exceptionally friendly staff concluded an excellent stay!
