  The whole experience was really nice for my husband and I. Tuscany Estate was very flexible as we only wanted to stay one night and they allowed this. The room was comfortable with outstanding views. It was a real country experience, we relaxed as soon as we walked in the front foyer. Check in was 2pm and check out was 11am which was more flexible than other accommodati - Every time we have stayed we have been made welcome! We bring our small dog, Ralph, and he is made welcome too! The minute we arrive be let out a deep breath and relax. The food is wonderful, the views amazing and the rooms are a generous size and always very clean and comfortable. Thanks for always making our memorable and relaxing.

  The scenery was fantastic, it is an idyllic spot in Hunter, walking distance to a couple of wineries and we spotted kangaroos on our stroll! The hosts were very helpful and more than willing to pass on information about the locality. The dog on the property was beautiful and very friendly. The breakfast provided was very generous. I have visited Hunter Valley previously and have to say this Guesthouse is one of the top stays I have experienced. Beautiful decor with attention to details, Thistle Hill grounds are stunning, breakfast very tasty with great choice of food, and Carol's baked pears just delicious!! We will definitely come back later this year.

  From the moment we entered the property we were blown away by the amazing views of the mountain range. A short walk later revealed kangaroos grazing in the paddocks and duck on the pond. We felt a million miles away from everything but were in fact very central to the vineyards and attractions. The extra little touches like the homemade muffins, fruit bowl etc made you feel welcome. The owners were warm and friendly and available when needed. The view was breathtaking! Would stay there again, absolutely!!!
