  The unit was absolutely beautiful and clean and the perfect location. Top floor looking towards the ocean. Just perfect. We also loved the friendliness of the new owners, Mark and Caroline.   This is our second stay at Kacy's. On checking in were greeted by a very friendly lady, first impressions sure count & my wife & i were not disappointed with our stay here. All staff just great. Lovely sea views from our unit which was very comfortable. Our dining experience here once again was just amazing. We were in the industry for 20 years before retirement and appreciate the finer points of hospitality. at the time you were having the building re-painted and having the right tradesmen with people skills on site is always an important asset, and you painter is excellent and kept inconvenience to a minimum.
