The very friendly staff. The beautifully renovated rooms. The superb picturesque location, very relaxing and peaceful. I would stay there anytime and highly recommend the experience. Thank you for helping to make our weekend away extremely memorable...we loved it. A really lovely place to stay. Large spotless rooms, newly renovated and extremely quiet and comfortable. Very friendly and competent staff everywhere. restaurant was a great place to eat. Would have liked to have stayed longer.

The staff were lovely and friendly. When we had a slight problem with our shower, they acted IMMEDIATELY to rectify the situation. I have nothing but good things to say about my time at the Best Western Inn in Armidale!. This was one of if not the best country motel we have stayed at and over the years we have travelled extensively around the country-congratulations in providing such comfortable -warm-friendly 1st class accom. We stayed as an extended family for a family event and the staff went out of their way to make our stay very special. We would not stay anywhere else; very quiet & a beautiful setting, Thank You, Ann. Lovely, peaceful setting. Spacious, clean, good quality furniture and fittings, comfortable bed - modern, well-designed unit with nice large bathroom. Excellent room-service meal. Gorgeous dog!. Breakfast was dull in comparison to dinner and a bit of a disappointment. Wanting to charge an excessive fee for using Amex. Nothing. Some of the crockery in the cupboard was not clean. The toilet was right next to the kitchen but had no fan or window that opened :-(.
