The apartment was ideal, perfect for us, spacious, clean and very well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful. The position of the apartment was superb, right on the seafront with no traffic near. So safe and the town of Glenelg easily accessible. Out door facilities were very user friendly and helped make our stay excellent!

We loved this hotel! The room was the nicest we have ever stayed in due to it's size, the balcony, facilities and decor. It had a great view of the city and was located right in the CBD (perfect for a work or city trip). The food & service was great as well

Very comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, close to great restaurants and cafes. The lifts were always quick and are a bit fancy. Nice tea and coffee selection. Bathrobes and slippers a nice touch. Great customer service when we needed maintenance in our room (bathroom doors off runners).

The location is very convenient to town and major tram routes. Nice décor with an old-world feel in the lobby and public areas. The rooms are not huge, but perfectly adequate for a couple. Staff were attentive and helpful without being obtrusive. The Restaurant (and the service there) is excellent. Was only there for a shortish business break so didn't use the pool/gym and can't comment on those.

Everything. The location on the water but close to Adelaide; all of the facilities; the housekeeping (everything was spotless, glass shiny, etc.); the food was excellent and well presented; the staff could not have been more helpful and gracious. We really felt that each of the them was committed to ensure that our stay was exceptional. It was!

our room had brilliant views, a very comfy bed. There is a great pool and spa area. We thoroughly enjoyed the 5th quarter bar, it has so many different and interesting items of sporting memorabilia. And our meal and service in the Carusos' Dinning room was second to none Thank you for a wonderful wedding anniversary weekend

Saubere Küche zur Nutzung der Gäste mit großem Kühlschrank, Herd und Mikrowelle, außerdem eigener Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher sowie löslicher Kaffee, Tee und Milch im Zimmer. Den Waschraum für Gäste habe ich nicht genutzt. Im Zimmer gibt es ein Bügeleisen und ein kleines Bügelbrett.

Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und gemütlich für einige Tage Aufenthalt. WLan kostenlos und hat gut funktioniert. Personal immer hilfsbereit. Zu Fuß ca. 10-15 Min in die Stadt. Frühstück nicht sehr vielfältig, aber ausreichend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

sehr schön, ideal zur Erkundung der Stadt, vor der Tür fährt der kostenlose Bus ab, uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen und wir würden es wieder buchen -

Very good value for money, location is excellent (with many fine eateries around the corner in O'Connell Street), room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable.
