  We felt very much at home at this hotel. Staff is very friendly, and helpfull when you need information about the waterfalls. The hotel is located about 15 minutes away (walking) from the town centre in a residential area. That makes it nice and quiet at night and it's a safe route to walk. (and the town's centre isn't that nice either) Definately... was die leute sagen » try out the restaurant! Food was the best we had during 2 weeks in Argentina. Breakfast was good (no buffet), nicely served on a wooden board with p - The best hotel in Puerto Iguazu. Exceeded all my expectations. Especially if you prefer boutique experience and not the mainstream large hotels for mass tourism. Personal touch, great design and relaxing atmosphere is what you get. Another surprise came from their restaurant: the chef has a Michelin star and it shows. His creations is a work of art on a plate that will tickle all your senses. The staff is helpful and will get you sorted with all your trips to the waterfalls. The owner is great

  THE STAFF WAS MAZING! JOSE was so helpful & friendly and Valerio, the manager, was very professional and courteous. Maria, at reception, was very pleasant all the time. The restaurant was great! We had breakfast included, so we ventured out for dinners... The last noght we ate dinner at the hotel - we wished we had eaten there every night... was die leute sagen » , it was so good! Thanks to Tania, the hostess, we were enticed with a complimentary glass of champagne and we are so grateful for the fabulous dinne - The hotel was well situated being near restautrants, shops and the bus station. The rooms were spacious and comfortatable. Well equipped with plenty of bath towels, pool towels, hair dryer and a fridge. Didn't need to use the fridge bar. Breakfast in the Restaurant whilst plentiful, lacked imagination and after a few days became repeatative. Staff at reception were pleasant and helpful.   The hotel was clean and located in a quite area but the walls were very thin so noise from other guests was a problem early in the evening. - Reasonable 'average' hotel. Nice sized room (although I did book a mini suite, so you'd expect it!). I did see a couple of other rooms though and they looked a good size too. Clean, nicely designed.
