  Very helpful staff and a warm and cozy place to stay! They had a large common area to meet & eat breakfast (which was included in the room rate).   We stayed at Hosteria Robles Sur for 3 nights mid October 2013. The accomodations were very nice with clean linens and amiable service. El Calafate this time of year was very cold and windy but the nice surprise at Robles Sur was that the floors seemed heated, even in the bathroom!   The owners are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was slightly better than we are used to in Argentina. There are nine rooms around a small central garden. The garden provides for an excellent location to read a book or enjoy the sun. The rooms are cosy and clean (not large). Good value for money. You have to pay the hotel in cash in order avoiding 10% in more but this is an information you know as soon as you reserve and they remind it to yo - Staying at Cauquenes de Nimez was one of the best travel experiences we ever had. It is not a place for those looking for luxury, but instead you will find a great staff that will make their best to make you feel like you are at home. Have a free cup of tea at 6 o'clock looking at the birds flying over the Nimez laguna and waking up with the birds singing is really fantastic. Located only 15 minutes-walk away from the center of the city. Thanks Sr. Gabriel and the team for the great hospitality

Service was perfect, Giorgina in particular made our stay soo easy, smooth and hassle free that made us happy to be there. The tours organised through the hotel were cheaper than those we had researched online. Thanks!
