  The Hotel had only opened the week before our visit.   Excellent location! Most of staff are helpful and friendly except a girl at the front desk, she was grumpy and not helpful. When we arrived she was there and grumpy, we thought she had a bad day. Otherwise, other staff are very helpful particularly the lady at the tour counter. - The room was very comfortable and the shower was great (good water pressure and temperature). The location was great for many restaurant choices and is next door to Apocalypse Now (bar/club) - if you're into that sort of scene. The breakfast buffet (included in the room rate) was also pretty good. I also liked that we were able to use our credit card at this hotel. I thought it was a really good hotel for $40/night in District 1.
