I liked that it was decently priced for the bare necessities and in a good location to my relatives as well as other destinations. The service was also really good for being a low budget hotel. The card machine wasn't working well when we were checking in, so the concierge gave us a free internet code for the first night. We check-out late and our reservation got cancelled by itself automatically. So the standard couldn't find our reservation, but gave us an other room with the same price. That was nice of him.

Very comfortable bed, pillows and bedding. Nicely renovated. Friendly, responsive staff. Would probably stay there again. The beds & pillows were comfortable, room clean, simulated hardwood floor nice touch. clean room with good sheets and firm beds. Excellent location and value for the money. the staff were very freindly,close to shopping and the price was right. cleanliness, simplicity of the room, friendly staff and location. Location was near the Airport which I was looking for. Nothing. Nothing. I thought it was just fine for the price. We check-out late and our reservation got cancelled by itself automatically. So the standard couldn't find our reservation, and the booking number of letsbookhotel.com and the motel are different, so He couldn't find our reservation at all (Really not practical, it happened to us several time in our last trip) So everytime, we just hope that we didn't get charge twice. Free coffee was despicable. Absolutely horrible. Noise in hallways in middle of night but it was a football weekend. $2.99 for wifi for 24 hrs per device. I don't mind paying for wifi but per device is a bit much. No shampoo in the shower, no milk for the morning coffee. The ants in the room. very flimsy towels, very tight toilet bathroom and bath tub with no fan. when we booked with letsbookhotel.com this hotel was suppose to have a hot tub,it did not,cont. bkfst., it did not, and an outdoor pool which was closed and it was 90 degrees outside. disappointing!!!!. I think that even though the rates were good, that there should be shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer in each room. no hair dryer nor bar fridge in the room. unfortunately under renos at time of stay. The receptionists are slow, or there is no one at the counter. Was hard to find from directions we found on the computer. We went up and down Main st. For about an hour looking for the wrong address. Nothing was great. Location. There was no stopper for the tub couldn't get the front desk by calling on the phone wifi isn't free - was a charge for it. no towels. had to call office to obtain towels. none in the room when we checked in. also, had reserved a smoking room, had to return to the office to obtain an ashtray. made me wonder what else in the room had not received any attention before our arrival. There was no coffee pot or refrigerator in the room. No big deal but when one is a diabetic, it is nice to have a fridge to keep the insulin cold. The night attendant Peter was very rude when we asked him a question. The rooms had no hair dryer and no complimentary shampoo and conditioner. The bathroom was very small. Staff on duty was not very well informed. She did not even know how to direct us to the airport! There was no shampoo in the shower and none available. Scratchy towels. I was told I could check in early, at 11am. When I arrived I was told there were no roooms ready and I would have to wait. Instead of an apology, I got attitude from the manager for asking. My air conditioner was not working. I call ed the front desk and was told that "the engineer was on vacation" and there was no other room I could move to, so I basically had to deal with it. We came back to the room after a day out to find our beds unmade. Called the desk and were told they dont make beds everyday!! Desk clerk told us the next morning that was not so and apologized. The girl at the front desk didn't know anything about Buffalo and what is interesting to see nearby. Location, overall condition of the motel, no breakfast. The bed sheets had stains. Not a nice thing to see when you have had a long day and just want to sleep. It did not have refrige, microwave and hairdryer. Room 350 is facing the road interstate 90, the noise of traffic cause me whole night sleepless. No hair dryer No coffee maker. lack of parking terrible coffee really basic - but - good location. I believe there was dog in my room the night before as my allergies started up and I had to go out at 1am to get allergy pills. Also, maintenance banged on my door, waking me up at 9 am asking about a luggage rack. no Coffee pot no Kleenex no shampoo etc. no breakfast. Room was dirty. Hallways and elevators were dirty as well. The room was infested with mosquito's....Floors were very dirty! Smelled musty. Parking sucked! Did not sleep much because people seemed to be partying outside my door all nite. Very upset with accomodations!. Human hair was all over the place in room, and, pathetically in the bathroom aswell. Sheets were not clean either. Reception desk was not manned at night time for complains. When we walked into out room it smelt really bad, like a barn. Our bedding had stains on it and our room location was the worst in the motel. It was right beside the stairs and the door was constantly slamming shut all night. No tissues room stop to save money. Didn't clean room had to empty garbage myself and get towels from front desk. rented 2 rooms, and, the condition was similar, Human hair was all over the place. Needs a new house keeper just to keep the darn rooms clean. No refrigerator, no microwave, no coffee, no bed linen, A/C didn't work correctly, staff had terrible attitude.
