  This particular Best Western is the best I have experienced in Canada and the US to this point. I mostly have had good experiences at all Best Western Hotels. What I appreciated this time in a financial way is that I set up our stay online from Canada. It was to be $90 for a Thursday and Friday night stay. Complimentary full breakfast. Great pool and spa. Nice workout room. Great views. Sits back off highway so it is quiet. Plan to stay there again. Manager was visible/accessible. Staff very attentive to guests needs and able to answer questions about the area. Didn't want to leave.

After I notified the lady at the front desk about toilet not flushing she felt very sorry and gave me another room which was a luxury king room for the same price, still apologized for inconvenience.
