When we arrived on Monday we were informed there was an error in the
booking and they had 5 of us booked into a two double bed room when I
had reserved a suite. They could put us in a suite the next night at the
Quebec. I was disappointed but they were very apologetic and
accommodating and brought a cot up to the room and got us into the suite

The hotel was clean and cute. The office is at the hotel next door but
they were very friendly and helpful. It's a nice place to stay with
minimal invasion from staff.
I loved the proximity of the Clarem from the boardwalk, the cleanliness of the facility as well as the affordability of the room.
The location was ideal, one block away from the beach and boardwalk, really in the center of town.

We had reserved the manger's suite at the Happy Days but due to an
error had to take a "suite" at the Quebec which was
comfortable but we were expecting to have a stove/oven and utensils,
had to buy paper plates, etc.
The only issue I had while staying there is the scarcity of parking spots. People were literally arguing over parking.
The other people staying in the hotel were a little scary.

The office is at a neighboring motel and not very clearly marked. The man at the desk was as little interactive as could be, had to pull info out of him that should have been volunteered.

parking and the bathroom shower was horrible. we were put in the small bld. and there was no pool or parking.

Place was not clean there was water domage in the ceiling very bad my kids get sick! Mold on the refrigerated! Place could be old but clean..... I have some picture to prove that if you like.... There is too many competition in the area to leave the ceiling like that!.
Room was too small, had to park a block away, check in at another
motel, bathroom was old,small with hot-cold water at any time. Bad
experience overall.
couldnt tell how small room really was from pictures online,wish i could have seen a floorplan.Stayed there the first night and payed an extra $110 to stay at their other hotel the quebec which was nice.
also had to pay for second vehicle when all partys had already paid for 4 person room.

your check in was at another hotel to start. The pool was located there with about 40 drunk younger "kids" - the room was small and filthy, the shower had mold the walls were dirty, the bathroom was so small you could not turn around in it, your water was ice cold or burning hot. The key was stuck in the door each time we left, and the dead bolt never locked. Very disappointing.
