LOVED the breakfasts in the morning, the free local paper, the friendliness of the staff, the location is good for what we had to do. Can't say enough about the wonderful people who work there - they make a very positive impression.The whole lobby with the fireplace is very inviting.
We got an upgrade to a larger room and king bed that we really liked. The room had a gas fireplace that was very nice to look at. Yes we turned it on shortly due to it being warm and didn't need the extra heat. But, that is what made us start planning staying again.

The room was spacious and beds were comfortable.Reasonable price for the accomidations.I loved the fire in the fireplace and spacious lobby.The complimentry breakfast was great .yed the hot tub and pool.The Inn is conviently located right off the highway.
The hotel was clean, quiet, had a fitness center, included a nice hot and cold buffet breakfast in the cost and the staff was courteous and helpful. It was also centrally located to all the wedding festivities we had in Hampton and Norwich that weekend.
The Inn was very clean and the staff was very accommodating. The pool and work out room were great. My family really enjoyed that. The breakfast was also very nice. The dining room was very pretty and the food was good.
The hotel is convenient to Dartmouth - one town over and an easy drive. The staff is terrific - very friendly and helpful. They also have a nice breakfast spread.
Entrance way was very welcoming. We liked that you offered complimentary breakfast in the morning. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
Convenience from highway, rooms and ammenities, a breakfast buffet that was well done. Great value compared to the chain hotels.

Location.
Really disliked that the rates were doubled because it was graduation weekend. Glad we were on the ground floor, as there is no elevator to the 2nd. Television was very outdated and had only a fair picture.
Driving to the Fireside Inn isn't a friendly site as you drive up their driveway. The outside of the building almost had me driving home but once inside I forgot all about the small things I didn't like.
The room had somewhat of a musty smell.Bathroom needs to have a fan in it which is probably why the room smelt musty.The complimentry breakfast station layout made it very congested in the morning line was long .Need to upgrade your TVs. Watching the bruins playoff game on a 26 inch TV was a bit disappointing.
We could have used another towel and it was a little warm in the room (the weather was unusually warm that week).

Equipment dated. Key card readers need to be replaced. Coffee maker in room did not work. On the weekend the noise in the corridors was bad but that was not the fault of the hotel.
Pool Closed at 10 pm. Can you change Closing Time to 11pm? We arrived around 930 pm and were unable to swim or use the hot tub. Also it would be nice if the excersise room was open till 11 or later.

facility is tired and needs updating, torn rugs in hallway, room smelled musty, seems overpriced given the condition of the wing we were in.
VERY Dirty in the area we stayed.
