Staff "owned" problems - seemed to have the authority to resolve issues - Never received the "Home depot star" staff that has no training outside of the company policies. The staff go out of their way to please. The pool is warm and wonderful, room was large and well equipped. Vestel is not such an interesting town for tourists.
