Enjoyed the "suite" - plenty of room and the bed was so comfy. The breakfast was amazing - the morning omelets and all the extras were wonderful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. And the happy hour was very nice. We were very well taken care of, and we are very pleased and will come again!. The room was very nice & clean. We've stayed there before a few times, and always are pleased. Also, the breakfast is always a nice benefit.

Free breakfast. Staff was helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Location was good. Location of my room and the room decor. Really nothing. Not enough time in our schedule to go ballooning. Next time. Neighbors were a little noisy...! Sounded like a girls slumber party! But, overall, not too bad! It happens!. A bit noisy from the pool but it was just a large group having fun so you can't be too bothered by that. The pool area was lovely and should be enjoyed!. Nothing. Room Configuration Noise from above. I was unhappy with the way that our check in was handled. It was either letsbookhotel.com's problem or embassy suites but no one took responsibility. We had booked for an october trip but rescheduled for December due to a death in the family. The hotel did not have our reservations and had to charge us again. Although we were refunded 5 days later, it was still very inconvenient for our budget and the hotel discouraged us from booking through a third party. Nothing. Housekeeping did not claen my room until 7:00 P.M. and I did not get clean towels until 10:00 P.M. which is totally unacceptable and no explanation was provided regarding this excessive delay. I am not sure I will recommend the hotel to others. Air conditioner wasn't as cold as how I wanted it, even after adjusting the temperature. Too much late night noise for guest staying at the inn. I don't mean 9 or 10 pm, more like 1 to 3 am. This occurred both nights. The only problem I had was when you exited the elevator on the 4 th floor there was a awful smell. It seemed warm and stuffy and needed more air circulating. Other Guests staying were very nousy in lobby til after midnight. Walls paper thin as we could hear guests in next room throughout the night. The Jacuzzi was filthy with brown slime. Unfit to be in. Hotel needs to be updated badly. Carpet was unraveling In many spots. Hallwsys smell funny and also need updating. The room has a smell. Notice that the bathroom sink was clogged and took minutes for all the water to drain. Bathtub also was Sliw to drain. My check-in time was to be 4:00pm and my room was not ready until 5:15pm. I was there to attend a specific event that had a seating time of 6:00 and I had no room to get dressed in. It was absolutely awful! I had 15 min. To get ready for an event that I paid $650 for and I had no time. I arrived at the event at 6:20, make-up half on and feeling very stress. I hated staying there and will never stay at an Embassy Suites again!. It was dirty. They quit putting breakfast food out long before breakfast ended. Like thirty minutes before. Every single time I went to my room i had to go back down and get my key swiped. No, I did not keep it next to my cell like they told me about 20 times.
