The Hotel was in a good location. Rooms were generally neat considering age of Building. The staff was extremely friendly. We had a weeding party with a lot of people. They were very patient. Nice pool and hot tube setup. Front desk staff very helpful and they knew the city to help find us various places to eat and see. The in-house breakfast options were ok. Friendly available staff. Room with 2 queen beds was roomy enough for we 4 gals & our stuff. On busy road & still quiet.
所有评语 » I found the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. I truly enjoyed staying there and would do so again if in that area. While the staff is top notch, the facilities are clean, quiet, and located in an area close to restaurants and stores. The staff was extremely helpful and considerate. We were here for medical and they couldn't have been kinder!. quiet, easy access to Stillwater, good breakfast. Large, tastefully decorated room for the price. Very clean room,friendly staff Will stay again. The breakfast selection. Room was nice and clean. location. Staff was friendly and accommodating of our concerns. Very nice breakfast. staff was friendly. nice room and pool. Bathrooms could have been cleaner. Tub was plugged and water didn't drain very well. The flow of the breakfast display was not good. Main counter area had traffic jam at the waffel maker. I suggest moving it to the small counter on opposite wall,by the microwave that went mostly unnoticed. Spoons were often missing and had to be requested both days. Food was good. Brochures for Stillwater & immediate surrounding available behind the front desk inside a cabinet & one had to request them. Not good for area tourism. Should be on a display table so one could browse through at one's leisure. I did not find the map online very helpful. Maybe if there was more hints about the surrounding businesses it would have made it more helpful?. no elevator. Doors and plumbing were noisy. No available cots or rollaway beds. the mattress. How the refrigersator and microwave are located in the room. If up higher, it would be more usable and better appealing to the room. Pool was ice cold, room was not very clean and out of date. Needs repairs to grout in bathroom and such. We had ants in our room. However our room was comped and we were appreciative of that. We did check out early and went to neighboring hotel that was much more up to par w our standards. Room curtains did not fit. No Kleenix. Breakfast was not attended to very well, no napkins, no orange juice. The air conditioning unit was very noisy. location==would like something closer to downtown Stillwater or a shuttle. Small frig in room would be helpful. The price I was quoted on your website was not the price they charged me. I think this is misrepresentation.
