The close proximity to the beach. This was our third stay at the Travelodge. The very personable concierge at the morning breakfast. What an asset he is to your Travelodge. We also asked for a down stairs room which was provided upon our request. The motel was clean ..and the staff was friendly. ALso the price was good for the nights we stayed. Much better location and motel was close to the beach private access was nice...
所有评语 » It was convenient to the beach and shopping. Facilities were clean and nice. The staff were nice but could be a little more personable. The front desk was very kind, friendly, helpful & cheerful. Place was clean & comfortable. Will definitely stay there again. The room was big and comfy, it had everything i needed. small fridge, microwave. it was nice for the price. Luis and Mary were great. All of the staff was very friendly and willing to help with whatever you needed. The room was very CLEAN, spacious, and freshly decorated. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Loved how close to the beach with the private beach access. Very budget friendly and staff friendly. the rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. the employees were friendly. nice location on the beach,friendly staff,nice continental breakfast. Great staff, we felt welcomed and comfortable. We will return again!. Staff was very accommendating especially Luis in the breakfast area. Easy beach access and amenities in the room (fridge, microwave). The price, even though it wasn't the price I was quoted on-line. Good location, clean rooms, comfortable bed, friendly staff. No ice when we wanted it and very low water pressure at the sink. Not a big deal!. The only thing was that when my husband and I tried to take a shower the water was very hot. My husband told the front desk the day we checked out. When I told them the movie channel was not working, they said they would send someone to fix it and they never did. Nothing. It is a bit of a hike to the beach, but for the price, the hotel is still a great value. Anytime after 8am VERY chaotic in breakfast area with narrow walkways, had hot coffee sloshed on me twice from people bumping. Very loud at night with people yelling and laughing back and forth from upstairs to down in parking lot, this went on from 12 midnite til after 4 am. Wondered where the security we saw during the day was. the parking lot..people parked behind my vehicle and had a hard time getting out. didn't clean the rooms until late in the day left at 9am and asked if they could get to our room came back at three and still not attended to.Explanation was that they try to clean checkout rooms first I would think you'd take care of guests staying first. Cleanliness could be better. Had to ask for washcloths and hand towels each day. Constant noise outside by other guests and from those above us in the second floor room. However, it was holiday weekend. Breakfast area should be redesigned for increased functionality. Stop doing waffles, unless more waffle machines are purchased. The towels were thread-bare. Pool was not ready, hot tub did not work, no waste cans in room. The pool hours :( wish it didn't have to close at 11:00 mabey 1:00 would be great. The TV did not work for the first hour i was there. The other guests were a tad loud. I didn't like the fact that the beach is about 200 yards away from the hotel. My family didn't like the pool, it was very crowded and water was warm and dirty. House keeper did not clean room appropriately on second nights stay. Never received towels and had to keep going to desk for bath and pool towels The sofa bed was ripped to shreds, smelled, and was not safe to sleep on Bugs Sand in the room upon arrival on floor and bed No rules enforced around pool area Water pressure was poor Upon return to hotel the wash off area was moldy and slippery Clothes were dripping all over rails and the suntan oil and water combination caused the ground to be slippery and unsafe. I will never stay at this hotel again. The lady at the front desk was rude about checking in early, then the shower in the room didn't have hot water, I had called three times to let them know I didn't have hot water, and nothing got done. Everything about that motel. the hotel incl its rooms and amenities are not worth the rate for a little over $200 a night. Walkways dirty Staff unfriendly Long walk to beach access Dirty pool area and restrooms. My sheets were dirty my shower nob was broken my tolet hadle did not work properly and I didnt not get the room I payed extra for the mattress on the sofa bed was tore and worn out to the springs I wouldnt stay there again not what I expected! !.
