I was very satisfied with office staff, very nice woman. Threw in the spa which i was absolutely tickled pink about. Spa was beautiful heart shaped & surprisingly very well kept as far as cleanliness goes. Very well worth the money, I will definitely come back and would recommended to anyone. Very good location, Had full size refridgerator and microwave and the wireless internet actually worked! ( I have had a problem with this at many other motels in the past ) Staff was nice and helpful. All in all an excellent value for my money I wouldnt hesitate to stay there again.
所有评语 » Cheap clean room, booked last minute at a great deal. Jacuzzi in room tub was clean. Staff (older woman) was helpful with lost item and local area info. Place is old and decor dated and wood cabinets are all chipped up but it was clean linens and all. Loved the Hot Tub right in the room as it was very chilly to enjoy the outside one. Loved the king size bed. Other than the few problems especially with the heater... I'd rate it an A-. Still 4-1/2 stars. i did not expect a jaccuzzi in the room so that was a nice surprise and i liked the price and the fact that it was right in the middle of great shopping and the lake. I like the staff. The room was super clean, the bed was comfortable, the location is perfect, close to everything. I super like that hotel. Love the heart jetted tub. Love the rustic decor. And the hot tub was so relaxing. The heart-shaped hot-tub was fun!:o) Good value for money! Very nice staff!. The staff ang grounds keeper were very friendly. Clean room. Heart shaped jacuzzi with mirrors on the ceiling was a kick!. Friendly atmosphere Room was spacious Good amenities. Great service, Freindly staff and free coffee. High speed internet, hot tub, cheap. Good value for money. Front reception was extremely friendly, seemed like a family-owned business. Heater was quiet and worked great, carpet was clean. Location, parking near room, room was simple and dated but ok. Big room, loved the fireplace and spa tub. My room was very cool. It was quiet. location and his price. outside hot tub. the spa. The tub was fantastic. Had free sample Tom's anti perspirant. The kindnes of the staff. Location... Nothing else!. Closer to the city. Satisfied with all aspects of my stay. Have nothing negative to say. The heater was of poor design. The thing ran all night and it was still cold in the room. Temps outside dipped into the 20's. It was only a foot square. No heat in the bathroom. The wall paper needed sprucing up as it was peeling off the walls. Painting the walls would be an improvement. I had no problem, everything was good. Nothing. No air conditioner but the room was very well insulated it stayed cool in the room. N/A. ran out of hot water for the shower. Bed was too firm, room needed more dusting. Dated rooms. Dirty walls and dust. No remote control for the TV. General dingy appearance. Not much extra effort would be needed to clean the rooms better. Wash the walls once in a while!!!. It would not warm up in my room despite the heater. Why is there a window in the shower covered by broken blinds?. near the road. no hair dryer no self in shower for soap no a/c had to move micorwave to a outlet no smoke alarm price to high for what you get. the bathroom. Horribly run down. Staff not helpful couldn't give me change for a $5, so I could take the bus. Surface clean, but deep grunge, peeling wallpaper, missing light bulbs. The floor and shower floor was uneven so water didn't drain out of shower right away. It was the second dumpest place I've ever stayed. People were repairing their cars in the parking lot in front of their room. Don't ever stay here. It was really old and never renewed. The floor was really dirty and in the morning we found some bed bugs. The forniture was very old. We must be honest that towels and sheets were clean. We don't know how it's possible that the feedback on letsbookhotel.com is 7!!! Not more than 5!. no coffee in the room. Facilities are old, run down and there is no air conditioning. Booked in advance for handi accessible and they were not prepared for us. Even after calling twice to let them know we were coming...never did they mention they could not accommodate! Poor lighting, broken fixtures, unclean lifted floors rotten food in frig bugs in spa smell of sewer throughtout...Did not give full refund even after it was too late in nite to move family. I has a spa bath,its horrible than I thought.tub too old when I turn it on,there is a lot of black dirty things came out.even I did change 4 times of waters but still see that dirty things again.I'm so disappoint it.won't be back.
