Kitchen was great! There is a FREE GE Profile washer and dryer on each floor. They also have laundry detergent in your room. They do not have cribs only pack n plays. Bring your own sheet or ask for a small one from housekeeping. They didn't bring one and the mat was questionable. Perfect location being just over the California side of stateline but within a short walk of the casinos. Very self contained facility with abundant restaurants, bars, shops and a large supermarket. Staff very friendly and attentive. Very large junior suite with two bathrooms.

One-bedroom suite was great (but lock out was small, I would have been very disappointed if I had just the lock-out room. Tiny and no room to walk). Everything! Our unit was very comfortable, clean and roomy for 2. The property was located in a perfect spot - walking distance to the lake, restaurants, shops, casinos. Gondola at your doorstep. Plenty of options by foot. Very friend Y staff, nothing was too much trouble, the rooms had everything we needed and were cleaned promptly as requested each day. Location. the location was ideal, close to gondola for skiers and close to all rental ski shops. the kitchen area was very well equipped and ideal if you don u want to go out for dinner. the pool facility. They only give you one free coffee in the kitchen suites. The rest you have to buy for yourself. You can only get a Queen size bed in the kitchen units. The Timber Lodge offered more activities for kids. Check in at 4pm and check out at 11am-- ridiculous to carve a day down to 19 hours. Many activities were actually off-site at the Timber Lodge. Many activities were not scheduled for weekends. Nothing geared toward toddlers despite a children's clubhouse. Paying $26 per day for valet parking, with no option for free self-parking. Cell phone reception around the resort was spotty, and not available in certain areas (seemed very odd). only thing i didn't like was... I like a firm mattress and the room we had was too soft for me. But that truly is my only gripe!! This place was wonderful!. Very dry air in the hotel, i believe this is a problem all around, they have humidification system, but it was hard to sleep. The crowded feeling in the king bedroom. The uncomfortable couch in the TV area. Has everything you need, but nothing extra. nothing. Resort fee - excessive Parking fees - excessive. Nothing!. nothing. everything about this was great. Bed, would have preferred king size bed. Could not use my marriott number for points!!!!!. the bed s where not great. queen size is small and not terribly comfortable. the base stuck out in respect to mattress and we cut our legs on it. some of the rooms are noisy above restaurant and had to be moved.
