My wife and I liked, scratch that, loved everything about Desert Quail Inn. From the friendly check-in with the owner Nick, to the very clean, cool modern rooms. The hotel felt new. There is convenient parking steps from your room and the location is awesome. Steps from a grocery store and an awesome little Cafe tucked behind the DQI. We hiked Bell Rock and it was less than a mile up the road. Gorgeous views of Bell Rock and others. You feel like you are right there where you wanted to be. You .
所有评语 » What a Gem! This hotel was excellent. The manager was so very helpful, Clean, beautiful rms. We had 2. Ours had a fireplace & sitting area. We ate breakfast within walking distance & rt behind the hotel is a mini market to full our refrigerator with food & drink, also a microwave. We ate in town in Sedona 1 night. It is very expensive. So we bought sandwich fixings for the remainer 3 days. The view of the Red Rocks is breaktaking & can be seen from our 2nd floor balcony! We were. everything about it was wonderful. we spent so much time searching for a place with a spa tub in the room at a reasonable price and then we found Desert Quail. it was much better than expected. the bed was very nice. the location was great. the tub was perfect. everything was clean. good sitting room. tv was fine. and most impressive was the lady in the lobby (i dont remember her name) she was so nice, so thoughtful.. i was blown away. we had never been to sedona before and she helped us so muc. The Staff went overboard in trying to help! My husband had questions about our rental car's headlights as we arrive & checked in. The manager jumped into to the car to even see if he could help! We prefer to sleep with the white noise of a box fan. They immediately went & cleaned up a fan they had in their laundry area (as this was the only one they had) & put it in our room. We asked for recommendations for a place to eat. Love the place they suggested, Javelina Cantina, & % of. A nice quiet area, away from the throng of tourist in the town of Sedona, but still located among the beautiful rock formation. We walked across the road to the Marketplace Restaurant for dinners and lunches, good food, good prices. Breakfast was available in a breakfast only restaurant almost adjoining the motel, wonderful choices. Nice large room, tastefully decorated and VERY comfortable bed. Coffee maker, microwave and very large fridge. Convenient location with a car: this is on the way to Sedona (about 15mn), maybe a bit less expensive than Sedona itself, already surrounded by the typical rocks of the region. A Wendy's and small shopping area in front of the hotel. Clean and big room with coffee machine. Parking & free wifi. We stayed one night to begin our trip and it was perfect. Less than 2h from Phoenix airport. Excellent value for your money. My wife and I spent 3 nites at the Desert Quail Inn June 23-26 2013.Clean comfotable rooms.Fridge microwave and great beds. Nice pool area and friendly owners and staff.Very helpful with any questions we had about the area, tours, or golf You do have some views of the Sedona beautiful surroundings I would stay here again in a heart beat. The location of this hotel was perfect for seeing Sedona. We received a very clean room with comfortable accommodations. I loved having the refrigerator and microwave in the room. It was quiet throughout the evening. The staff responded to our needs. It was also nice to have the grocery store behind the hotel. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Sedona. Clean. Relatively friendly but "by the book" staff- they wouldn't let me check in without a drivers license even thought I had another valid form of id. The room was clean and comfortable. This is an older unit that was upgraded. I have stayed in these before and this is, by far, the best quality I have seen. They didn't cut any corners from what I could see. The bed was a 10 for comfort and cleanliness. I give them a 5 star. Nice place just outside Sedona, not far from I-17. Bed and facilities were excellent. Quiet with no road noise. Big grocery store to rear. Big TV with lots of DirectV channels. Pretty good value considering it's near Sedona. The fact that it isn't in Sedona itself is a bonus as its quieter and the surrounding restaurants and shops aren't as expensive. The room was spacious and clean and the pool was fab. It's a pity we couldn't have stayed longer. This Hotel was the best during our 3 weeks trip. It is better than other Hotels which are more expensive. Rooms are very nice and quiet. It's located in Village of Oak Creek with a good selection of restaurants and shops in walking distance. No need to stay in Uptown Sedona. The motel was recently upgraded with paint and furnishings. We stayed in 104. Very clean. Good mattresses. Two ply toilet paper. No breakfast included. But, for the Sedona market, was well priced for the amenities. I was surprised by the value. The room was excellent for the money with a king sized bed and small living room. Large tv and excellent decorations rounded out the exquisiteness of the room. The staff do not offer information freely, or ask how they can help. You need to know the right questions to ask to get useful information on food, activities etc.. The only thing I could suggest was top offer a simple breakfast. Nothing perfect room. Couldn't stay longer. The office area and staff initially created serious concern. The office was very stark and cold as was the attendant. For some reason the maid removed or discarded the unscented hand soap we brought with us and left at the sink. Soap was replaced every day - a little wasteful?. Nothing. Nothing. Not much!. Didn't have a continental breakfast but did guide us to a very good place to eat within walking distance from hotel with a discount for staying at the hotel. The bed was big but it was a little too hard for my taste. I liked everything!. Tv reception and the Internet signal was poor. letsbookhotel.com listed this as being in Sedona. It is actually south of downtown Sedona by about 10 minutes. We were not aware that there was more to Sedona until we happened to drive in from the north. The wifi kept disconnecting spontaneously at random times. Longest time on was 10 minutes. Nothing. Nothing. Like it all. nothing. Not applicable. The WiFi in the room would not connect for us. There was no kleenex in the room.
