  All the staff are very nice and helpful. Meanwhile, the location are very good and safe. You can easy to go everywhere. All the viewpoint are near by the hotel just walk 5-15 mins. - Convenience to an event I attended. On-site parking. Room service food.

  Staff who were all so pleasant and very attentive. A request for extra towels and pillows was fulfilled within minutes. The sofabed in the room to accommodate a larger family was excellent. It was the only hotel in Seattle we found that didn't require booking two rooms, therefore making the visit affordable. They were just so much prettier than any hotel I've ever seen. Puckered bed topper with a teal tree design end lay. The view was nice (even though it was the highway). The breakfast was AMAZING, hot and fresh. Access to 24-hour fitness made me feel like management of the hotel knew what they were doing and had good area business relationships.

  Extremely nice staff, pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were decorated in a beautiful and cosy way. The historic feeling is great. Great location. For breakfast, you can get tea or coffee and delicious pastry. I also liked how they turned the "bad" stuff into something nice; instead of saying "we only have bathrooms in the corridor and not in the roo... 别人怎么说 » ms" they say "You can borrow for free a nice bathrobe if you want!". - Jan (the owner) was very friendly and had a lot of suggestions for sights and activities during my short stay. The hotel is within walking distance of the train station as well as downtown Seattle/Pioneer Square. It is also on/near public transit lines. The hotel has an extremely rich and important history that Jan is always willing to talk about. If I ever make it to Seattle again, I will definitely stay here!
