The location of this site is excellent relating to location to light rail, airport, Starbucks, and quick eats. It is also close enough to major highway onramps, such as routes 101 and 87. Although this site seems like it may not be safe, I didn't have any problems with noise or confrontations. The people here are very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, very basic,no bugs and the bed was pretty comfortable. We were traveling with our 65lb dog and accomadations were very good. No extra charge for pets. Even a small lawn area for our dog son to use.
所有评语 » The front desk was very much helpful and explain a bit about the rules and the rm was very clean and comfortable i enjoyed my stay. The room was cleaned everyday, except for a sack of trash. The tv worked well. The motel was close to where I needed to be. The freindly service and the curtisy of not throwing me out cuz my husbands wasnt there on time with the money for my room. Spacious, comfortable, pool, hot tub, affordable. The rooms are neat. quiet and comfort. Pool and Spa. I liked the service I got from the staff. I had an issue with my television remote and it was handled quickly, without difficulty. Near a shopping outlet mall. Crash pad for after youve shopped till you drop. Good security for the car. There are good people working at the hotel, did a great friendship with the manager. Budget Friendly, nearby restaurants, not too far from downtown, easy access. Dog friendly. Somewhat lenient checkout time. Friendly staff. Great value. Spacious room. it was a great location. Cheap rates. You will find comfort in security at the entrance making sure only residents enter and without ID no one can get in. Rooms are decent for the price. Overall for the price you can expect a decent stay. The staff are great. All of em. If your on a budget, I highly recommend it. I liked that it was close to the airport. Being I had to leave early the next morning it was convenient. close to airport and inexpensive. Quiet at nite. Price. Nothing Someone kept knocking on the door The toilet didn't work Only one power plug worked And it was on the ceiling The refrigerator didn't work My wife found a bug The sheets were dirty And the managers an asshole. It was reasonably close to Great America. Not a thing!. location. Location. Nothing. none. The rooms do not have hair dryers, which is a standard for most travel sites. No coffee pots in room. No do not disturb signs to hang on the door. Maid knocked every morning to clean the room. the surroundings was not so pleasant for a nice place as your motel and the parking. A sack of trash was left in the room. But I think the cleaning staff probably thought it was mine. I do not appreciate having to pay for wifi. All over the world it is free. But go next door to Denny's and use their wifi. It's free. I wasnt to happy with the microwave that was damaged in the laundry room. Not many TV channels. Didnt leave a tissue. Druggies and other wierd critters. The motel room looked clean. The bed had clean bedding. However, when lying in bed getting ready to go to sleep, I saw something crawling on the wall. Upon closer inspection, I discovered it was a cockroach. Hotel management needs to fumigate the rooms. I don't know if they are even aware of the problem. Basic accomodation, bit dated. You get what you pay for. There are people who live in the hotel, and are strangers is a very dangerous place visibly, it is impossible to go out and leave things in the room. Too many people around parking area at all hours. You should require people to stay in rooms after l0 PM. It bit noisy during the evening. No microwave in room. However, there were two on site. Long process for check-in. Old furniture. Wi-Fi service is provided by paying an online fee to a 3rd party company. lots of people in parking lot alnight. No extra pillows. I was charged more than what was shown online at the time of booking. Neighbourhood. I didn't feel safe. Traveling alone I felt like my room was going to get busted into. Totally questionable area with all kinds of people in parking lot partying until very late. Not too safe of area to walk at night. Towels were like sand paper and room needed some serious help as the main door was crooked. This place should be your last resort when searching for a place to stay. The worker who checked us in was behind a one inch thick glass windows for whole time and that's a sign of a potentially unsafe location. cleanliness, retro styling. Had a terrible experience. My husband and I had commuted into saratoga from over an hour away to perform in a play and decided to stay at ez8 in san jose rather than commute back. At 1am we were kept awake by a prostitution deal going on right outside our window. Loud talking and music playing went on for several minutes before I called the desk. Was told security would come to deal with it. Security took more than 20 minutes to get there. Will never stay there again. No plug for me to charge my phone. Asked for a wake up call never got it. Drugs being dealt out back in parking lot. Loud noise all night. Prostitutes knocking at my door 2am asking for a smoke..... Not safe. Stay away from this hotel. Lot of homeless people live there. trashy. Everything Someone messed with our car & Kept spying on me and my wife. Everything else. Staff was horrible. Room wasn't ready at 3:30pm even tho check in is at 3 pm. Sheets were dirty, bed was uncomfortable. It's a total crack motel and druggies were running around all hours of the day and night being loud. There was no hot water in the room. When I brought all this to the staffs attention they said "Sorry, this is what you get for what you paid.This is the best we can do." It was just terrible. People were partying all night long! There was a fight right outside my room door at 5am!! We saw prostitutes in the parking lot. I didn't feel safe at all! Terrible place. room 225 dirty stained sheets old dirty furnishings condom on the floor next to bed ceiling patch work not completed bed so soft and worn out I considered sleeping on the floor or in my car. 1St room bedding was stained had a wet spot didnt want to know what it was. Man at front desk asked why it took me an hour to complain, well, I went to eat first. Room was dirty. He then moved me, after I was asked for my id by Security coming back from eating Dinner I figured was not a safe place. Was supposed to stay there 3 nights, left in the morning and found a better hotel. This place really stinks. Noisy frig didn't work tv sometimes worked keycards had to swipe at least 4 times to work ac made noise all night no plugins staff didnt want to accommadate any guest. It seems like bedclothes wasn't changed ages, it was not washed and smelled like sweat and had some stains. Moreover, all the time it was noisy, the room stank and the floor was dirty. In addition, there was no fan and the shower was broken. The refridgator was not working. And there were cockroaches. When the guest arrived, the premise was filled with police talking to suspicious looking characters hanging around the motel. The guest did not feel safe. Don't go here! It's dangerous & filthy! Should have spent ten extra dollars and gone next door. Suspicious guys walking around at night, I did not feel safe to leave my room. Staff was not efficient. Room smelled bad and bed cover did not smell/look clean. The first night stay was burdened by thin wall television noise until 3am. The second night in a new room suffered from filth on the bedspread such as pizza crumbs and sausage from previous guest. Never will I stay their again. roaches, reefer broken, heater broken. office not staffed 24 hours. vagrant loitering in office.
