  When leaving our luggage after our early morning arrival, we LOVED the fact that they let us check in to our room several hours early! We had a corner room which looked out to the ferry building and the street cars. Hip boutique hotel. This visit the only - was the fan constantly blowing in the room/bath. I slept in the robe for I was cold. If I turned on the heat the room would have been hot for the others. easy to walk around and pick up a cab here.

The location is extremely good - quiet and within walking distance to many of the tourist sites. The dining experience is fabulous, and the chicken curry (ask for the white meat to be changed for dark meat) is divine. Room service is rapid, with the slowest delivery being 32 minutes - that would be extremely fast for most 5 star hotels that I have stayed in.
