KEY PICKUP: At 3:00pm on the day of your arrival, your key(s) and maps will be available for pickup at our Key Safe Wall just to the right of the garage door of our office at 783 Buena Vista Ave West, San Francisco CA 94117. You are not required to collect your key at 3:00pm. However it is ONLY available for 12 hours beginning at 3:00pm on your arrival date. The combination is 6559 followed by the # sign. Once you open the key safe you will find a coloured envelope with your name which contains your key, a map to your unit, and an arrival document with WIFI internet details. KEY RETURN: Keys must be returned to our office at 783 Buena Vista Ave West, San Francisco CA 94117. To avoid late fees, please return keys to the POSTAL MAIL SLOT in the garage door by 11:30am. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 783 Buena Vista Avenue West, 94117 San Francisco, CA. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Parkview Lower in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
