  This was by far the best hotel we have found in San Diego. Luxury for a very reasonable price! Impressive from the moment you see it from a distance, impressive parking, impressive, AMAZING lobby, amazing guest service, amazing everything. The room we chose was a corner King suite... Downstairs, we chose to eat at t - Everything! I was blown away with the beauty of the lobby! The staff was wonderful, our room was fantastic, (corner king), the food was good (pulled pork was best I've had in ages!), and the views were gorgeous. I loved how close it was to so many areas of SD. The pool area (with the firepits at night!) looked wonderful, but it was so windy so we didn't stay. I also loved the old pictures throughout the hotel. If you are from SD it was particularly super to see them.

  Very friendly service; well laid and comfortable rooms Importantly, for those who like to wander; very close to public transport. (And I must add public transort officers are incredibly helpful) - Great plae. We had our whole wedding party stay there in 2012 and we went back to stay for our anniversary.

  My husband and I were celebrating our silver wedding and booked 3 nights at the hotel,we loved every minute of our stay. The hotel was amazing,the location was fabulous and we just loved to watch the sunset on the beach.   Lovely hotel-big room really quiet (don't hear other guests) & hardly hear traffic. Super comfortable beds.   Best value!!!! I loved having the restaurant on the same floor as our room. We visited happy hour and drank their signature cocktails for only $5 each!
