the breakfast buffet was great, the outside views were great and front desk attendants were very nice, all in all we enjoyed our stay.and would stay there again.
The room was every bit as nice as at a Fairfield, Hampton, or Hilton Garden Inn and at about 1/3 the price. The staff were courteous, friendly, and professional. The grounds were just beautiful.

Grounds, green, trees, lots of outdoor seating, away from the hwy, quiet, breakfast, good bedding, secluded from the town and all those cabins. Heated clean pool, Price.
The Best Western Pine Springs is a very quite place to stay. Good breakfast. Clean Rooms. Nice staff.
Everything about this hotel was the best and they don't lock the pool and its heated.

That the hotel did not have our reservations from letsbookhotel.com & did not honor letsbookhotel.com's price that we booked for 2 weeks before we were there.
Was over an hour getting checked in after check in time. No water pressure in room, so toilet was hard to flush and the shower was awful. Hot tub was broken and filthy.
Ants were in the rooms, needs to be sprayed.
My top requirement was a hot tub and it was BROKEN!.
Rooms REALLY dated, 3 gallon toilets still, leaky fixtures, beds on wooden stands, mattress ancient, crack around door about 1/4 inch, coffee in room and at breakfast awful, breakfast so-so, hot tub broken.
There were no words up above so I hope I selected the worst option available. This was the worst hotel I ever experienced. I reserved a non- smoking room and they claimed "letsbookhotel.com" pushed through the reservation regardless that they were out. The toilet did not work and they asked us to wait for morning - with a family of four! Service was poor, hotel was dirty, room smelled terrible - I was disgusted. Extremely disappointed in this portion of my trip.
