  I arrived prior to the official check in date and needed to change clothes for a business meeting. The woman at the front desk was extremely accomodating!   My stay was great. However, maybe they need to fix the door where it cant be open from the inside when the lock is on cause a 2 year old could easily slide out of the room :-( - Location convenient to the Galleria and I- 635 / us 75 convergence. Excellent breakfast buffet. (Extra cost) Large and comfortable suite rooms.

  A really nice hotel currently being upgraded. I think I got a good rate due to the renovations. Breakfast was great, nice pool and easy access to HW.
