  Friendly hotel staff, all inclusive facilities and easy to navigate resort. There's no reason to be lost in this resort as there are signs everywhere, from the parking lot to the casino and to the Mezzanine level. Really, we didn't have to leave the hotel at all. Wish we would've done that sooner than discovering it dur - The wait was a little long at check in and everyone in line was a little irritated when a lady that walked up to the VIP line was called up next, though we all understood the reason- still irritating. When it was finally our turn to check in, we got a free up- grade without asking, so that made it worth the wait! And, our check in was the fast...
