  First of all I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Corinne Koerner from letsbookhotel.com Customer Service Team. I had booked Hotel Lawrence in Dallas for 4 nights via letsbookhotel.com site starting from November 16 (it was a business trip for a scientific congress). I contacted the letsbookhotel.com Customer Service Team directly from the airport and Corinne Koerner promised me to call - We were able to make reservations on-line, when our shower didn't drain fast enough, the staff was very good about correcting the problem so that we could stay in our corner room. My daughter loved the milk and cookies and the weather cooperated, so that we were not inconvienced to be at a separate building from our conference. Location to the west end was convenient and desk staff, housekeeping and the man that fixed our drain were are very accomodating.

  The room was quiet. No employee noise or slamming doors or yelling from other rooms, which were occupied. We ordered in great Indian food from a place listed by the hotel and recommended by the bartender, Dane. Front desk employees were nice. - everyone very helpful and friendly. .food was good, room great, always enjoy staying at the suites.

  We were there for the usgp f1 race; room rates were increased, as every hotel in town did, so they got a "good" rating on value. The hotel had race themed decorations up, gave each guest a race goodie bag, offered a breakfast bag to go each morning for those not enjoying the free hot breakfast, and hosted a "happy hour" each evening.   My nephews enjoyed the swimming pool, it was clean and well lit. The rooms were clean and the fridge and microwave was an added convenience.
