  This hotel has an excellent shuttle service for taking guests to places nearby. It took us shopping, dinner and breakfast. It was very comfortable to use it and we saved a lot of money on taxis or renting a car. The drivers were very friendly and we just had to wait a bit when they picked us up (the longest was about 20 minutes). I received some breakfast coupons (b/c I had switched from a non- smoking to a smoking room), but could not use them because I had work conference calls in the morning.   I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Anatole. Had an upper level corner room so I had an great view of the city from my room. Come to find out we were upgraded from a one bedroom to a 3 bedroom presidential suite for no additional charge!! This was the biggest & nicest hotel room I have ever seen!! I would like to say Thank You to Hilton & staff for a very wonderful & enjoyable stay!

  We stayed for 5 nights which gave us the opportuniy to use most of the excellent facilities at the hotel. We ate in the Restaurant a few times,had snacks in the Bar and always ended the day with a Cocktail back at the hotel. Just a special mention for the concierge who arranged Ice Hockey tickets at the American Airlines Center and transport - I liked my room, and in particular the chaise lounge.   The stay was great and all the staff was super friendly...but what I liked most was you could opt out of valet parking and park yourself for about 1/3 the cost. The self serve parking garage was only a block away and super easy to access. Just make sure you have cash or check. (Hope this doesn't get them in trouble) Be - The hotel staff was very friendly, professional and courteous throughout our stay. The hotel is located on the Riverwalk and very convenient. My wife and I were very comfortable and truly enjoyed our stay. We rate this hotel as excellent and definitely would choose to stay there again on our next visit.
