  The staff (Marlene & others) were delightful and extremely accommodating. The "Inn," which is more like a series of villas connected together was beautifully set - perhaps 10 meters from the Beach. A wonderful, rather plentiful self-serve continental breakfast was served on the patio each morning and it allowed us to relax and take in the ocea... 别人怎么说 » n views and plan the day's activities. We rented a car as Old San Juan is perhaps 5 kilometers away, but an easy drive. If you want to be just outside - The outstanding friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was refreshing. They went out of their way to offer assistance and always were accommodating. A delicious spread at breakfast was very pleasant in the outdoor garden looking onto the ocean. I had forgot my phone charger in the room and the cleaning staff turned it in; I received it when I returned to pick up my bags later in the day. Overall, I give them the highest marks in service, location and amenities. I will definitely be returning

  This is a very nice hotel and I hope to go back next year. The staff was very nice and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. I liked having the pool right outside my door and being able to relax in it 24/7. The beach is also very close and seemed more private than the other area beaches. Margarita, the manager was very nice and made a point to... 别人怎么说 » make sure we had everything we needed. The Niche (hotel's restaurant) was also very nice and Donna that works in the restaurant was very friendly and - I only stayed one night and because of circumstances it was a last minute call. From the moment I called they were helpful courteous, and from the moment I arrived I felt home. The staff was friendly and accommodating they have me a great room it was clean and cozy. It was right next to the beach and although a city beach it was very pleasant. The price was right and affordable. I would have loved to stay there longer. I recommend it.

  Double tree is very nice hotel, modern style, in a safe tourist area in Condado, not far away from the beach, nice to visit pools of La Concha- the twin hotel. Service is good at front desk. Simple local restaurant near, ask for it. Nice to have coffee machine, fridge and microwave in the room. - The staff was amazing!
