  We were celebrating my father's 70 birthday and the whole family was at the Marriott (10 of us). We had 4 rooms between us at the Marriott. The rooms were so big spacious and partial ocean view was amazing. We had missed our flight leaving Hawaii and needed to check back in (we needed 4 rooms) and the staff (Tania) was amazing extremely helpful ... 别人怎么说 » and understanding. She assisted us and managed to give us an upgrade at the rate that we had initially paid for. We were so appreciative for that. T - We only had one problem-we did ask them to havea a look at our fridge as it froze all our contents and it took them a week and a half of our stay to do anything about it. maybe they didn't understand us ,we had to tell them like 4 times until they replaced it. Everything in fridge had to be thrown out.

  I thought Rhisa, who checked me in was a wonderful concierge who helped me with all my inquiries and had bell hop take all my treasures up to my room! Davey, the IT person helped me get my Wi-Fi set very quickly! The room I had was in the far side of the main building where it was quite and no problems with getting around. Couldn't fault the customer service we - We stayed in an ocean view suite on the 21st floor. We actually had a view of the ocean and the mountains from our room which was really nice. The rooms were updated and very clean and the staff was very helpful. The location was convenient to everything!!! We were a block away from the beach, and the Beach walk shopping area was right downstairs from the hotel. There was plenty to do in the area and we did not need a car. I would definitely stay here again.
