  We originally booked the efficiency which did not have a beach view. They offered an upgrade to a beach view room, but it was slightly smaller. We wound up taking one of the town houses, which was considerably more money, but was well worth it. The staff worked it out for us and was very kind. - We have been staying here for 15+ years.   Location, location, location! You just can't be any closer to the ocean and the beach.. Just amazing! I don't think so.. I'm coming back soon! - The staff was excellent. We had a problem finding a parking space and Crystal was amazing. She came into the parking lot and actually called people to ask them to move their cars to make more space available. She did in fact get us a spot. Also the arcade was quite big which also took up some time (and money) for the kids. Downtown Lake George Village was nice for shopping and finding places to eat.
