  The staff was excellent. Very courteous and welcoming. We had originally booked for 1 night and decided to stay in the area for an extra night. They were able to cheerfully accommodate us for the extra night with no problem. Both the female & male receptionists were considerate & prompt.

  We loved the complete set-up, the maritim style throughout the hotel. Common areas were nicely furnished and with great views of the marina.   So nice to see lemonade and cookies at check-in desk, even though we were too full to enjoy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bacon beautifully cooked at breakfast buffet; pancakes good. Also the arcade was quite big which also took up some time (and money) for the kids. Downtown Lake George Village was nice for shopping and finding places to eat.
