  The staff was excellent. Very courteous and welcoming. We had originally booked for 1 night and decided to stay in the area for an extra night. They were able to cheerfully accommodate us for the extra night with no problem. The rooms are older, but are SUPER clean. The beds are comfortable and made with the nicest - Loved the sauna & will next time get a massage as well. I love the fact that there is a swimming pool, jacuzzi, massage therapist, & sauna. Perfect for those stiff muscles from driving. The rooms are very clean, well decorated, & quiet. Both the female & male receptionists were considerate & prompt.

  We loved the complete set-up, the maritim style throughout the hotel. Common areas were nicely furnished and with great views of the marina. Also the arcade was quite big which also took up some time (and money) for the kids. Downtown Lake George Village was nice for shopping and finding places to eat.
