Innkeeper friendly and very knowledgeable about nyc. Staff went out of their way to help us out. All of this, and it was a better value than the hotels we could find in the area. Just be aware that nyc requires walking, and the subway was a few blocks away. And of course nyc is more expensive than most cities.

  I'm from Brooklyn, a few blocks away in all actuality. I had no idea that this oasis even existed! The price is great comparing to any hotel in the area. The comfort of being in a extremely clean, warm & inviting environment is priceless. The block is quiet and FREE parking on the street is available. A metro station is less then a 5 minute walk from the inn. The train takes you directly into Manhatten. Lots of resturants in the area, quiet side street. We stayed there 1 week and were very happy to have stayed there. The kitchen has a fridge/stove/microwave/coffee maker and eggs/coffee etc are provide to make yourself a good breakfast.
