  Absolutely superb experience at this motel- it is family run and operated and the family really wants to make their customers happy. I almost never write reviews like this- but in this - Good value for dollar considering it was Niagara Falls - surprisingly expensive all things considered. Hotel stating they offered breakfast is a joke - seriously, don't even mention it - it is more truthful. That said, extremely convenient location to Falls. Room was acceptably clean with hot water and basic bathroom amenities. Bed was good. Relatively quiet. All in all, a decent hotel with convenient parking.

  Before booking this motel, I did not check the reviews. Ones I got into the motel, I was bit worried about bed bugs and all.
