  I thought the hotel was excellent. I have visited New York many times on business but this time I was travelling with my wife and teenage children who had not visited New York before. The hotel rooms were excellent and were clean, comfortable and looked just like the hotel photos. We were upgraded from a family room to a suite and it was excellent... 别人怎么说 » . It was by far the best hotel I have stayed at in New York and would be happy to recommend. It is also conveniently located. - The staff is very courteous, friendly, helpful. The concierge is very well informed, and knowledgeable with all kinds of restaurants; from raw vegan to the top steakhouses in the city. The house car is a plus. The location is perfect; a walking distance to anything you could think of!

  The helpfullness and friendliness. Everyone was very professional and the place was very clean. - The room was fantastic and location great. Plenty of restaurants and delis close be. Also a great supermarket. Perfect apartment for families. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We were really impressed.

  This hotel was so unique! The rooms are converted units in a brownstone so you get to feel like you're living in the city while you're there. Our room was great and eclectic--bright wall colors, bay window, hardwood floors, stained glass artwork, etc. Crown Heights is also a great neighborhood. Though we never saw any staff, they left signage and email instructions that told us how to get in, where to go and how to stay secure in the city environment. Street parking but they responded with parking alternatives when asked.
