  I had a horrendous day prior to my arrival. The clerk that checked me in, totally reversed the whole day! That young man was so professional, yet warm and welcoming.   Excellent staff, very helpful. Hotel shuttle bus took us to have dinner and collected us when we were ready, no charge! Room was good size for 3 of us, and very clean. - Rooms had nice floorplans & were immaculate.
