We liked that we were not disturbed by any other guests, as far as noise, we liked the colors and design of the room and the hotel. We like in the bathroom area there was a separate vanity that we could sit and put our make up on. Like the fact that after a certain hour you need your hotel key to use the elevators-security.

I loved the Westin for it's beautiful, impressive dining/bar area. It is an amazing place, and one of the more stunning hotels I have been in. I love that it has been transformed from a bank into a luxurious hotel. Spectacular! The staff was VERY accommodating and friendly. I would definitely stay there again!

When we arrived Mallory greeted us to the Hilton. The doormen went out of their way to help us with packages. The staff, especially Ginger. She was professional and charming in spite of a series of rude guests the night I checked in. All staff spoke to customers. Clean, comfortable, felt safe. Shuttle to Convention Center relieved anxiety for me and shuttle drivers were all friendly and helpful. -

The room was spacious and self-contained with a fridge and microwave. I have a number of dietary needs so this was perfect for me. The downstairs lounge and fireplace, plus the dining area for complimentary breakfast and late night cookies was inviting and encouraged interaction with other guests.
