Friendly staff, helpful staff. Nicely appointed room and ammenities for the price. I have stayed at -5 to +5 hotels all over the world for the last 40 years. This is the first time I was ever offered a nice snack (cookies) at check-in and, later, had the front desk staff call my room to ask if everything was okay. Wow! That is superior customer service!

The winning factor to our stay was the lady at the front desk - Tara. She always had a smile on and treated us like special guests and always ready to help with any questions or needs.
