  I got a fantastic price when I made the reservation. I needed to be near the airport and there was a complimentary shuttle available to airport and bonus...to mall of America. There was a problem with gettint the agreed rate and It took call to letsbookhotel.com to straighten it out.   First I have to say it was probably the best hotel we have ever stayed at. It was very elegant.The person/persons who designed the floor plan for the entire facility of Crowne Plaza was very clever. The rooms were very quiet, beds very comfortable, staff was very friendly.
