  The gentleman working the night we checked in was top notch, Talented and professional, could be working at 5 star hotel for sure! Saturday July 20th - I thought the rooms were very nice and the employees were very friendly.

  The location is great, only a couple of minutes from the Mall of America. The kids loved the water park, of course! The room are very modern and clean. The beds are quite comfy! - The hotel itself was very nice. Waterpark was a hit with the entire family

  The hotel staff went above and beyond for us. While there, the May snowstorm went through and they scooped out my car as I had a spec needs child with me. They did their best to answer our questions on road reports and tried to make us as comfortable during a very stressful situation. We had special requests regarding our room and they were excellent in accommodating us. They are doing extensive remodeling and it's turning out VERY nice. Breakfast choices were numerous and were all very good. We will stay there again when in Rochester!
