When I requested the staff notify me if another day had a cancellation, the staff remembered and let me know in time so I could cancel a reservation at another hotel and stay straight through at AmericInn.   very friendly and helpful , paid twice as much for a room similiar two weeks ago and it wasn't as nice as your rooms. Service was better too! - We knew we wouldn't,t be in the room alot so it met our needs. It was a small quiet room. Nothing special but it was cheap.
