  We liked the easy check-in. Friendly staff, clean room, spacious bathroom, nice furnishings. I left an item in the room after check out and the security staff had lost and found contact me right away. He told me they had found my item, but it was thought to be trash, and was thrown away by housekeeping so ended up in teh garbage.   Hyatt itself is a brand and always a promise of a good stay. The price is at the higher end, but the price here is much lower compared to other cities we have been, so we can't ask for more really. The staffs, the room, the bed, everything was perfect. We stayed for 4 nights, very comfortable, we liked it a lot.   Very convenient to downtown. Little thank. You'd for "loyalty". A small smoothie one night, a bottle of Fuji water the next. Meaningful. Stayed in a Hilton next night.   I have my Bank's Christmas party there at Chapmans which is right by Century and I booked a room there every year because it is great to have time to get ready and not have to drive just walk right over to the party.
