  The reception team is great: Allison, Tatiana, Cindy and Kristin (sorry if I forgot someone) and also the Van Service driver are kind and gently 24 hours a day.   The rooms were very spacious and the beds very comfortable and the room was very clean. Extra towels, coffee and toileteries were delivered promptly. The lighter weight robes very nice. It is an amazing place, and one of the more stunning hotels I have been in. I love that it has been transformed from a bank into a luxurious hotel. Spectacular!
