  Hyatt itself is a brand and always a promise of a good stay. The price is at the higher end, but the price here is much lower compared to other cities we have been, so we can't ask for more really. Staff very accommondating--set us up to ride their shuttle van to and from MOA even though we signed out of our room; previous evening person ensured she communicated to next day staff regarding the van--no worries!   We were chatting with our shuttle driver about the snow they had got while we were away, and worrying about getting our car out. When we got back to the hotel, he drove through the lot and asked which car was ours. He said he was on all night and needed something to do. The man behind the desk said it was 'Alex', so if this is him, I would like to give him many heartfelt thanks! - It was exactly what I wanted and expected for about 65$. We stayed one night and rode the shuttle to the airport. It's not the fanciest modern place but it certainly is perfect if u need a cheap and comfy place to crash for the night. The shuttles 24/7. Nice! A good thing if u have a crazy hour flight. Staff was efficient. Room was clean. A little outdated. But I could care less. Stay here its worth it.

  I was impressed with how lage the room was for the price. It was bigger than some apartments i've lived in. Having a full featured kitchen and 3 tv's was nice too. Just a few minutes drive from Mall of America.   The hotel staff went above and beyond for us. While there, the May snowstorm went through and they scooped out my car as I had a spec needs child with me. They did their best to answer our questions on road reports and tried to make us as comfortable during a very stressful situation.
