  The rooms were beautifully appointed in contemporary tasteful decor. Comfortable seating. Great flat screen TV. Bed was super comfortable and linens were really elegant. Bathroom setup was fantastic. The shower was the best I've ever had. Wish I could take it home with me. It was a rainshower type with great pressure and easy to turn on and off. I... 别人怎么说 » loved the floor to ceiling windows that opened. Great light onto a quieter street. Fresh air is always nice in a hotel room. Room service was amazing - My father and I shared a standard queen room overnight while visiting nyc to see a concert. I was amazed that the concierge desk is open and available 24-7 - we ended up checking into our room at around 10:45 pm and the staff was still very happy to greet us. Each staff member expressed their wonderful personality and kindness in every interaction, and were 100% accommodating. The decor of common spaces as well as that of our room was chic yet comfortable; we enjoyed the entire experience.

  What a fabulous hotel. Having stayed in New York several times this has to be my favourite ( and I have paid a damn sight higher prices before!!) The rooms were large, well equipped and stylish.The location was perfect just a ten minute walk from Times Square and the buzz of Central Manhattan and only two blocks from Central Park where we jogged e... 别人怎么说 » very morning. - Location and the lively athmosphere in lobby with great music and flowers in the vases.The down filled pillows made us sleep like rocks. We had 4 pillows in each bed. Great! Our room was very quit (356)-only the fans could be heard, and that made it a boat like feeling with the distant humming.

  The quietness. Like a retreat. Great food. - Staff were courteous and efficient. Checked in early but no rooms were available, they said they would call me when I could go to the room. They did. The room I got I didn't like (close to elevator door and TV not straight in from of bed). They upgraded me to quieter corner room.

  This hotel is chic, centrally located, well run and very comfortable.
