  The staff was SUPER accommodating and VERY friendly and efficient. The lcoation was within walking distance of most shops and restaurants in Hyannis. I was impressed with the swiftness and efficiency displayed by all staff members. The value is the main reason I stayed, but it's not the reason I will come back. Location and staff. We were able to sit outside and relax often. The location is also pretty good. Less than a minute drive to a bank and ice creamery. There is also a cute convience store and alcohol store less than a walk away. The owner is also great. He was able to give us directions to the best route up the cape.
